Overview

The HELIOS family represents ThinLabs' integrated LCD touchscreen thin clients which are designed to deploy touch friendly applications on manufacturing lines, healthcare facilities, mobile carts, kiosks, point of sale stations where space is premium. With screen sizes ranging from 15" to 19" widescreen, the HELIOS can be mounted on walls, mobile battery powered carts and VESA arm mounts. This powerful unit can be configured with multiple operating systems, including the newest Windows Embedded Standard 2009 and runs off Intel's latest ATOM N270 / 945 GSE chipset. The HELIOS is highly energy efficient with a power consumption of below 30 Watts.

The device boasts of an 18.5” touch screen monitor, designed specifically for touch screen applications, is perfect for use in healthcare, retail, point-of-sale or kiosk environments. Easily integrates with enterprise systems, features a rugged optical touch screen and a plentiful of ports for external connectivity.

The device could be used as a desktop in additional to be used as a wall mountable unit and can be configured with multiple operating systems, including the newest , next generation, Microsoft Windows 7.

The device is highly energy efficient, running on just 25 Watts of power and runs off Intel's power optimized ATOM N270 / 945 GSE chipset.
