Enable is not accessible when attempting to update EWF (Windows 7)

WARNING: Save all work first as this process will require a restart!
In the Search bar,

• Type EWFACT (do not hit <ENTER>)
• Right click over the EWFACT program that appears in the program listing and click Run as Administrator.
• Reboot the system.
